Payment is due before or at the time of your session. Please use one of the options below and include your name in the memo.
Live On Purpose Faith-Based Life Coaching provides personal development coaching grounded in faith and purpose. Coaching is a collaborative relationship designed to help clients clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and move forward with intention. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
The client agrees to be open, honest, and committed to the coaching process. The client understands that results depend on their own effort, engagement, and follow-through between sessions.
All information shared during coaching sessions is held in strict confidence. Information will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's written consent, except as required by law.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in termination of the coaching relationship.
Payment is due prior to or at the time of each session. Individual sessions are $75. Package rates: 4 sessions for $250, 6 sessions for $350. Group session pricing is available upon request. Payment is accepted via Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.
Dr. J. Rose is a certified life coach, not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Coaching does not constitute mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek appropriate professional support.
